The consultant services is responsible for management and finance administration and the KM National fund administration expenses that consist of fixed and variable costs, and also provides sub-professional and supporting staff who worked fully time to assist KM-National duties and function.
Consultant scope of services as follows, conduct the Training Needs Identification and Assessment(TNI/TNA), the training implementation program including OJT’s module elaboration and monitoring and evaluation program Overall training implementation’s program, will be developed in a sequenced TOR, Preparation of the Preliminary Module in one or two sectors, Monitoring, Evaluation of the modules implementation, review and improve them, Preparation of modules for all of the four sectors above, Conduct Training Workshop in collaborating with TOR4B to evaluate training implementation and make recommendation finally.
